After booking, you’ll receive a short questionnaire so we can tailor your session to your home and goals.

3. What do I get in a design package?

Each design package includes a moodboard, color palette, material suggestions, and curated product links.

You’ll receive everything digitally, ready to share with your contractor or use for inspiration.

4. How does the ThatPlace App work?

The ThatPlace App helps you:

  • Store inspo photos and links

  • Track room-by-room design decisions

  • Answer guided design questions

  • Share details directly with contractors

You can use the free version to try basic features or upgrade for full access to tracking, tagging, and project management.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship selected products worldwide. Larger or fragile items (like lighting and fixtures) may have specific shipping zones — these are shown at checkout.

6. Can I get help choosing products?

Absolutely. Book an Online Design Consult and we’ll guide you through selections that fit your space, lighting, and colour scheme.

7. I’m not in Dubai — can I still use your services?

Yes! All our digital design packages and virtual consultations are available worldwide. We’ll work remotely using your photos, floor plan, or inspiration images.

8. Can I download something for free?

Yes — our Free Starter Lookbook is available for instant download.
