Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn/unused, with tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

3) How to Start a Return

Email us at services@thatplace.ae to request a return.

If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.

4) Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

5) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

6) Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item first. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement.

7) EU 14-Day Cooling-Off (for EU Shipments)

If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition (unused, with tags and original packaging) and include proof of purchase.

8) Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Digital downloads & design services are generally non-refundable once delivered or the session has taken place (see Terms & Conditions).
